We say we waited more than 40 years for each other. Amazing how life can be so cruel and beautiful — all at once!

What we lost to time has been more than recouped through the strength of our bond — a bond built upon mutual respect, honesty and, above all, love.

It's a combination that we're told by many is rare, and certainly a second never passes with either of us taking it for granted. Those are the things that make us Fry & Rye.

We could not be more excited for our special day, and that includes sharing and celebrating its beauty with all of you.

The ceremony at Graham Chapel begins at 2:30 pm. Ample parking will be available that day in very close proximity to the chapel.

Gifts

The only benefit of finding each other in our forties is that we both have so much stuff! It was an easy decision to ditch the idea of a registry.

Rather than a traditional gift, we would be incredibly thankful for any contributions towards our honeymoon.

Night

The two of us will be enjoying a private dinner at home following the ceremony, but the festivities for our big day don't end there…

Welcome to the heartfelt ceremony where we will exchange vows of love and commitment. This special moment will be accompanied by live music featuring the songs that will forever define our lifelong bond.

A Night of Celebration

We will be enjoying a private dinner following the ceremony, but we invite you to join us for some fun on the town later that evening. We will be rolling out the details as we get closer to the date, so stay tuned…

Wine Country Reception

The best things come to those who wait. Four weeks will have past since the ceremony, and we'll be rearing and ready to kick back and relax with each of you at our reception in scenic Defiance.

All-Day Affair

We’ve rented the Barn at Matson Hill for the entire day, so please feel free to come and go at your leisure … we just want to see you!

Please keep in mind that the reception will be a pot luck, and so we're asking all guests to bring their favorite dish, along with whatever they want to drink. Bonus points if you share your recipe with the bride and groom!
